Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery for home decor takes 5-7 business days, while larger furniture pieces may take 10-14 business days via our specialized freight partners.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your primyhome account dashboard.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer assembly services for large furniture items?
Currently, we provide detailed assembly instructions and all necessary hardware with our products. For select metropolitan areas, we offer a 'White Glove' delivery service at checkout which includes professional assembly and packaging removal.
Which payment methods do you accept?
