Return Process

  Log into your PrimyHome account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging with all protective inserts and hardware to ensure the product remains safe during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
